3D Cake Wedding Exploding Box | By Rachel
Hi everyone,
Today i'm sharing an exploding wedding box card using the lovely new chip board 3D cake from Swedish house crafts.
I was absolutely made up when Suha asked me to share this.
When i saw this 3D cake i immediately had to get it as i love them for centrepieces for exploding boxes and it also can be used for all kinds of occasions and little keepsakes/gifts. The design overall is just too pretty.
The cake itself is really easy to assemble with some strong glue.....
Quick Tip: Use a craft knife or scissors to pop the pieces out as the chipboard is quite delicate and can snap or tear easy.
Once it was assembled, i added a few flowers to match the color combination along with some flat back pearl string around each tier.
As it was wedding themed i die cut some heart and placed them in between the flowers . i also placed a little charm too.
Finally and before I forget, the papers I used are heavy weight from Maja designs Vintage Romance.
