I just fell in love with this adorable birdhouse by Lazerow and I knew I just had to add a touch of gold and flowers to this pretty lil thing.
I started by painting all the pieces using a soft gold acrylic paint and when it was all dry I started putting this house together.
Next up was another coat of paint and this time it's pinkish-gold because I just could not help myself to add a touch of pink.
I just love how the layered pieces look with this creation and they truly make this house a home. I wanted to create a smooth texture to the roof so I decided to cover it with delicate lace and I really like how that looks.
Lastly, I added a generous amount of flowers here and there, and the Lazerow leaves were coloured with ink to add a touch of green.
